As someone who grew up on a farm, I got to see the impact of industrial agriculture on a personal level. I really connected with the farm animals as a child. At one point I even had a pet cow myself! Sadly, they all disappeared. When I started living on my own, I reflected on all the harm that I saw happening on the farm and decided that I wanted to do it differently. I’ve been a vegetarian ever since and became vegan a year ago. I’ve never felt better. I am proof that a more sustainable way of living is obtainable for everyone. That’s why I’m really passionate about sharing my vegan journey with the world.
