Driven by big ideals, I am always aiming for a positive impact. I used to live in Bangladesh, where clean water was scarce. Considering the water footprint of the animal industry, it was more than logic for me to adopt a plant based lifestyle. To this day, conscious use of resources form the basis for my daily decisions. At the same time, growing up in developing countries made me compassionate towards the choices of others.

Besides working with Belle & Co, through which I want to support sustainable brands with a long term vision, I work as a policy maker. There I am committed to changing our current food system and industry, taking into consideration the limited resources of our planet. Trying to understand different beliefs can sometimes be a challenge in my field, but I stay convinced that understanding and compassion form the basis for change.
